Barclay Square Condominum in Cocoa Village, FL 32922 - virtual visit with Andy Barclay
The Barclay Square Condominium building is located immediately north of historic Cocoa Village in Brevard County, FL. The building has a total of eleven units, two per floor except for the penthouse which occupies the entire top floor. Every unit has a direct view of the Indian River and a large balcony with sweeping views of the area.

The building has a very low turn over rate. Although the building was built in 2001, there has not been a MLS sale there since the three sales that took place in 2005. As of this writing, there is one bank-owned unit listed for sale. If you would like more information about this building, including a copy of a floor plan, please feel free to contact me, Andy Barclay, at Andy@ThinkAndy.com or at 321-514-9862.
Most of the Barclay Square Condominum units are around 2300 square feet. This number does not include the enclosed parking garage, which is located on the first floor of the building. You will find a "virtual visit" video tour of a Barclay Square Condominium unit at the bottom of this blog post.
Barclay Square Condominiums is one of the newest and nicest buildings in the Cocoa Village area. Cocoa Village, the library, and the river are all easily within walking distance. And no, while my last name is Barclay, I don't have any connection with the building - I just happen to be a fan of it!
