I just completed the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist training provided by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.  Although I have not earned the designation yet, I hope to complete the designation requirements in the next month or two!

I specialize in working with those interested in buying and selling residential homes and condominiums, including investment properties.  I'm an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), an e-Pro, and am a Broker-Associate.  Referrals from friend, family, and out-of-the-area Realtors are always welcome and treated with the utmost care.
